Hi, Myself ANJANA here I'm going to talk about a freelancing career which is going to be the norm for upcoming years.

The question is,
" Will freelancers take over the world?"
And the answer is "Yes" let's see how?

FREELANCE

Freelance

Of course, freelancers will take over the world the reasons are it gives freedom of work with the satisfaction of job with expected earning too. New technology is making it easier for people to turn to freelance as opposed to their regular jobs. Even more interesting fact is that traditional jobs like writing and graphic design are not the only jobs for freelancers nowadays people can do many types of work with it. Freelancing giving scope to the worker to come out with their own talent to show, that's why people choosing to freelance. Due to freelancer small businesses are growing wildly as small businesses usually don't have enough capital for full time hiring and they prefer to work with freelancers. Nowadays people are doing freelancing with their regular jobs for extra money so its a real benefit to the people for paying their bills.

People started believing that freelancing is a great profession, given that you can manage your time to suit your needs. Till now freelancing was thought of refuge for the only those who were not able to find full time job but that doesn't hold true anymore, trend change and people are earning more and more according to their ability and skill with flexibility to work outside the rigid ecosystem of the workplace is also an attraction for freelancer. Now you say who don't want money with ease. So here are the reasons for increasing freelancers ratio.

In fact, it's getting so serious that predictions say freelancing will take up to 50% of the workforce by 2027.

Freelancers have unique talents and experiences. Most likely they have worked for many different clients on different types of projects.

So when they get to combine their creative talent and experience they acquired from previous jobs to help others, it's a win-win situation for both parties.

Will Lee, CEO of Blue Whale, a company devoted to building a stronger network of one-person businesses said:

"Think about how this could be useful for a company. Say you need a professional writer for a single project. It would not make sense to hire a full-time writer, because your writing needs are not enough to justify it.

Hiring a full-time employee would be expensive and a waste of company money. However, a freelancer would fit the project perfectly. The company would use the freelancer's skills for the project, pay them, and then the two entities would part ways."

Facts
(United States of America)

As per research from the US Department of Labour bureau of labor statistic 2005, at that time there were approximately 10.3 million US workers it means 7.5% of the workforce employed as an independent contractor or we can say freelancers of all sorts. While in the year 2012, the Aberdeen Group, a private company estimated that 26% approx of the US population was a part of the freelance workforce.

And in 2013 the freelance estimated that 1 in 3 workers in the US was self-employed. It increases from 26% to 43% and it's called amazing. And is being more amazing when we noticed that 71% of freelancers are women between 30 to 50.

You know that freelancers ones like ninjas. Silent, mysterious invisible to the general public. Few people knew we existed even fewer understood what we did. But that's all starting to change. Companies are doing less hiring and more outsourcing. Self-employment is becoming the new norms and we have got the data to prove it.

38% of freelancers report higher income than they used to earn as an employee. This number shows that a hard-working freelancer can earn respectable money.
